Who hasn’t struggled with mental health? It feels like it is a whole life struggle. Generational curses, self sabotage or even self harm are struggles that need more help than just band-aids. This piece represents how mental health isn’t accessible for everyone. Often, we have to try to attempt to heal ourselves but often times we come sadly too short and damage ourselves more. It is possible to get better but it comes with many struggles, trials and failures.
